FAQ

Saltwater woman is a one-woman show. All prints are made to order! They are fulfilled based on demand and are printed locally. I hand collect, wrap, pack and send all of the orders that come In. There is no pre-existing inventory ready to be shipped out ( unless it’s an original)

Please allow 4 weeks for orders to be received, printed, and packed - and an additional 5-8 days for shipping. Sometimes that will take longer, especially if you order a stretched and framed print.  If you've ordered a resin piece, this needs time to cure, so add a few days on.

Orders ship from AUSTRALIA. International orders take longer to arrive. You will receive tracking via E-mail when your order ships.
Im just an email away, so please reach out if you have any questions

FINE ART PAPER

Fine Art Paper Prints are printed on 310gsm Ilford Galerie Textured Paper. A luxurious textured paper that creates a superior finish to just matte paper.

Both canvas and paper Prints are Giclee Prints, using archival pigment ink.

Fine Art paper prints need to be framed with glass.

All Paper Prints have a border and are signed and hand-numbered with their own individual Edition Number

Unfortunately, we can't frame paper prints due to shipping the glass, just take your print to the framer and they will assist you in choosing a perfect frame and appropriate glass to use.

CANVAS PRINTS

Canvas prints are printed on a fine art 450gsm Ilford Galerie canvas

Canvas Prints come with an extra 5cm mirrored edge. This allows the image to wrap around the edge of the stretcher bar and not take away from the image.

Canvas prints are typically stretched on a stretcher bar and then framed with an oak float frame. If you choose the framed option this is what you will receive.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification advising you of your tracking number along with the freight provider details.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP?

Framed canvas has a flat rate of $50

Canvas and Paper prints unframed $20

International prints $50 ( they are sent rolled in a tube)

Original items are sent free of charge in Australia, and individual quote for international shipping

FRAMING

Oak Float Frame

An oak float frame is a picture frame that makes your artwork appear to "float" inside it. Made from high-quality oak, it leaves a small gap between the artwork and the frame, adding depth and visual interest. This frame is used for canvas prints.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We recommend keeping your print unopened until you are ready to have it professionally framed. Make arrangements for framing as soon as possible after receiving your print.

Store the package in a safe, dry location, and avoid placing items on top of it. The delicate nature of the inks are prone to damage if not handled properly.
